Litigation

We assist our clients in all legal disputes in the areas we specialise in. In particular, we act as defence counsel in administrative proceedings before the Regional Administrative Court and the Council of State, as well as before the European Union Courts. Our field of expertise also includes providing defence before all civil courts.

We provide assistance in arbitration and administrative litigation proceedings (extraordinary appeals to the Head of State and hierarchical appeals).

We have a long history of providing assistance in litigation on fiscal responsibility before the Court of Auditors, as well as proven experience with the pre-judicial phases following the notice of investigation.

We handle settlement proceedings aimed at resolving existing lawsuits and assist during the pre-litigation phases aimed at reaching out-of-court solutions to potential disputes.
